CREPI

[CREP341] Hugh le grand de Crepi (born 1057, 3rd but 2nd surviving son of [CAPE331] King Henri I of France, see CAPETIAN HOUSE) married [VERM342] Adelaide (born c.1062, daughter of Count Herbert IV, see VERMANDOIS COUNTY). Hugh was Count of Vermandois, Count of Valois, and Count of Chaumont in the Vexin. He died at Tarsus in Cilicia (October 1101), and afterwards Adelaide married 2. Count Renaud II of Clermont in the Beauvaisis.
