[SOIG111] Afranius Syagrius Aegidius, magister militum, (born c.393, son of [SYAG101] Flavius Afranius Syagrius, Roman Praetorian Prefect [Governor] of Gaul, also see GAUL), a Gallo-Roman consul in Burgundy and Soissons. He died 464.
[SOIG121] Afranius Syagrius de Burgundy (born c.430), self-styled King of Soissons, was overthrown (and executed) by King Clovis of the Franks (486).

[POIT182] Sigrade d'Alsace (born c.617, daughter of Ansoud?) married [SPOD181] Bodilon de Treves/Trier (born c.615, see TREVES COUNTY).
[POIT183] Dido (son of Ansoud?) was Bishop of Poitiers (c.629-c.669), and was then succeeded by Bishop Ansoald.
