[LOVE331] Nigel de Lovetot.

[LOVE341] Richard de Lovetot, died c.1130.

[LOVE351] William de Lovetot (born c.1101), Lord of Hallamshire, in possession of Hallam, Attercliffe, Sheffield, Grimesthorpe, Greasbrough and Worksop. He also had interests in Handsworth, Treeton and Whiston. He married Emma. William founded Worksop Priory (c.1130), which was dissolved by King Henry VIII on 15th November 1539. The nave of the Priory was saved for use as a parish church.
